Welcome to our site, We wanted to share a story from a happy
electric bike customer Whether you know it or not there’s a kid in there and
one surefire way to get your motor running again is to find a toy that’s so much fun you can’t wait to spend every
extra minute you have enjoying it. I found that toy recently in my new Pedego Comfort Cruiser. A kid at heart forever, I’ve
always loved doing fun things like sailing, skiing, water skiing, snorkeling, hiking, tennis, swimming and cycling. But add
another dimension to the things you love doing, like a bike that’s motorized, and the fun factor is suddenly off the
charts. I’m not exactly sure what it is, maybe it’s the wind blowing through my hair, or the fact that when there’s a hill that’s a little too steep I can turn up the juice and voila, piece of cake. No struggling, just pure, unadulterated, clean fun -- better for the environment, and better for me. I can get my exercise when I want, and take a break when I want. Even charging the Pedego is as easy as it gets, I just leave it in the garage and plug it into the wall, 4 hours later it’s completely charged and calling my name. I imagine I’ll keep the battery indoors when the weather gets cold, but that’s a snap too as the battery slides right off
the back. On that note, I have noticed the bike to be a bit heavier than a regular bike because of the battery so it takes a little getting used to -- as does adapting to the speed, the bike can haul -- up to 25 mph or so, and of course that’s what I love about it. That said, it’s all about safety first, take
your time getting to know your new toy so you stay safe. There are few things in life that are just fun without costing a fortune, but the Pedego is the exception. The only bummer is that my husband doesn’t have one. We just went riding this afternoon, I’m home now, and he should be here any minute now riding his bike sans a motor (still no sign of him.) I feel another Pedego order coming soon.
My only regret is that I didn’t have one of these jewels sooner! p.s. I’ve only had the Pedego a few days now, but I have a feeling there will be much more to tell as my Pedego adventures continue. Stay tuned! Janet Zappala/New Pedego Owner |
